NINE INCH NAILS - "Head Like A Hole" - Twelve Inch Vinyl EP Record.

Rare 12" Single, Most Likely A Test Pressing.
On TVT Records Usa 1990 (TVT 2614).
It Has A Plain White Label On Both Sides, With "NIN" Handwritten On One Side And "TVT Halo 3" Handwritten On The Other (Written Near The Center Hole Of The Labels). Some Test Pressings Come In A Plain White Cover But Many Also Come In The Original Picture Cover Like This One.
With Four Versions/Mixes Of "Head Like A Hole", Two Versions/Mixes Of "Terrible Lie", And The Song "You Know Who You Are".
The Record Is Very Good, Just Some Light Marks Only Barely Heard During Play. The Cover Is VG++ To Near Mint With Very Little Wear.
