I do not sell crap records.  Buy with confidence.  There are no rips or tears on the cardboard sleeve.  See all photos for any imperfections. Record plays perfectly with no skips; plays perfectly.  Do not even try to buy and then say this album has scratches or skips. I am selling out of my personal collection.  Totally MINT MINT MINT.  I have listened to this record and it does not have any skips.  This NIN dance record is amazing.  It contains the songs Sin and Get Down Make Love.  There are remixes on this album that I have not heard on other NIN records.  This was loaned to be back in 1996 and it always got the dance floor jumping; if you are a DJ you can't go wrong with this album.
