Description

A VERY RARE NICO (Velvet Underground) - The Marble Index ORIGINAL 1st pressing  1968 ELEKTRA TAN/GOLD LABELS. Elektra – EKS-74029 Stereo, 1st Allentown Pressing. Avantgarde Psychedelic Experimental Baroque Pop Rock. Words and music by Nico with arrangements by John Cale (also of the Velvet Underground).  Includes the original Elektra inner sleeve.  Found among some LPs previously owned by a former DJ.  Bidders please note: This is one of the rare copies that has the cover badly cut and not aligned with the front sleeve (see photos). Record is visually graded Mint- (a true beauty with NO SPINDLE MARKS - possibly unplayed), cover is VG+ with some ring wear, a few crease lines on back lower left and right, and a tiny cut corner at the lower right corner tip.  Bidders please note: USPS SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION REQUIRED FOR DELIVERY.
