Thanks for looking at my listing, which is for a rare UK only sampler of Nick Drake, that was distributed to radio and industry personnel in support of the 1979 "Fruit Tree" box set. I have read that only about 200-250 of these exist.
This is Island Catalog # NDSP100, and is a 5 song, one sided 12" sampler containing regular album versions of the following songs:
1. Introduction
2. Hazey Jane II
3. Time Has Told Me
4. Fruit Tree
5. Rider On The Wheel
The disc plays beautifully with very minimal surface noise. There are a few light sleeve scuffs, but nothing that affected play that I could tell. The disc has clean Island labels on both sides. There is a small pressing flaw on one song that does not affect playback. The disc was cleaned on a VPI 16.5 and placed in a poly sleeve, but the original black 12" inner sleeve remains with the jacket.
The jacket is a standard black 12" sleeve with a sticker describing the contents on the front. The jacket is in excellent condition, with hardly any wear. There is a slight crease on the sticker that probably came from the factory, and a light smudge that could have happened there as well. There are a couple of light indentions on either side, but nothing serious. The corners are sharp and there are no seam splits. There is a small crease, only visible on the back along the bottom spine that is about an inch.
These don't come up for sale often. Will be carefully packed and shipped quickly to avoid damage. Feel free to contact me with any questions.
