Description
Superb original UK FIRST PRESS copy of Nick Drake's 'Pink Moon' LP on Island ILPS 9184. A-1U/B-1U matrices. From a super collection I am selling on behalf of a friend, who purchased this LP on its release!
Gatefold matt sleeve has a couple of light edge creases at the spine and front edge, a little ringwear on the back, some light evidence of handling (a few small thumb marks, a little edge storage wear) and a raised line across the front of the sleeve which seems to be part of the gatefold structure (my own copy has the same line); these are really minor points on what is honestly a super sleeve! It retains great structure and wonderful colour! Overall, a super sleeve that certainly grades at least EX!
Vinyl plays brilliantly! There are just a very few of the very lightest hairlines, but with no adverse effect on audio and the vinyl certainly grades EX+!
