**  Record are very good for 70 year old records -- some expected light scuffs and light scratches but nothing major -- some have tiny numbered stickers.

**  The Record holder is intact with some wear -- binding is a little loose and starting to split -- the inner INDEX page is blank so you can fill it in if desired.
