Can't be done.
If you collect NFG records, you know how impossible this was to get when it came out. Here's your chance.
6131 Records only pressed 200 of the Radiosurgery 7" on clear and only released it for their mailorder subscription series.
This is an unplayed copy. Shrink removed to verify colour. Stored in two poly sleeves with no open end. Clean.
