Description
BOB DYLAN, JOAN BAEZ, PETE SEEGER
NEWPORT BROADSIDE in STEREO
VANGUARD VSD-79144 STEREO. Very rare USA release. Manufactured in 1968, this re-release (only in the USA) was to coinside with the FESTIVAL movie released the previous year.
Condition:
Cover:- Good and sturdy (they don't make sleeves like this anymore), sadly there is a 6cm split to the top spine, a discolouring has occured to the opening part of the LP sleeve and to the rear top, possibly through storage or the materials used oxidizing over time.
Vinyl:- There are marks on side 2 that are to the bottom of the label. These are scuff marks and go from the label to the outer edge, I would say that given the slightness of these scuffs they would not effect the sound quality whatso ever. There are no scratches. The vinyl has hardly ever been played. It shows good signs of being looked after and loved over the years.
All in all quiet good condition for a 45 year old album
