NEWCASTLE BIG BAND EX 1972 Long Player. Sting's First Ever Record
Very rare 1972 private pressing in beautiful shape. Record includes Gordon Sumner (Sting) on electric bass. Only 2000 of this record were ever released This is the Bass player from the Police's first ever record. It was pressed on the small Newcastle Impulse label. it features concerts: the Pau Jazz Festival in France and the University Theatre in the band's home town of Newcastle.
Item has some very faint signs of prior ownership but still absolutely beautiful and plays as new. Cover has some very minor storage wear but has been stored in plastic outer sleeve so is still in beautiful shape. Dome faint storage wear and some very minor occasional and faint staining but still crisp. Record still in a very strong excellent shape., There are some faint traces of most careful use when studied under a very bright lamp but no audible scratches: Still super crisp.
