The New Tweedy Bros!: same 1968, USA/Ridon SLP 234. SEALED first press, this came from a band member about the same time that Shadoks was doing the exact reissue. It is definitely an original, as it's thinner than the Shadoks version, and has a slightly more "metallic" feel in your hands. The shrink wrap is old and brittle and it's turning white from age. There are some little patches of white fuzz under the plastic/on top of the silver cover; these look like they will wipe away if the plastic is removed, but I can't be sure. If in fact the fuzz is stuck permanently to the cover, it would still earn a VG+ grade due to the lack of structural damage common to this LP. It has no splits or damage, only a slight "curling" where the plastic is pulling tightly on a couple of the corners and a minor crease on the back panel at one of the corners (front side is nice!). While it looks perfectly flat to me, I cannot guarantee the disc will be Mint when it is opened. I'm happy to open it before mailing to check for problems on your behalf, an offer I make with all my sealed records.
A holy grail item here, a New Tweedy's cover with NO BENT CORNERS! It's the only one I've ever seen, that's for sure. Holy crap, what a find. "I Can See It", "Her Darkness In December", "Wheels Of Fortune", etc. Call the bank right now, and then throw in your best bid!

I pack/ship once a week, usually on Friday. I use sturdy cardboard boxes designed for shipping records. I have a good track record of getting stuff to my customers without damage. This item will require that I build a custom oversized shipping box which will weigh a bit more than a regular record mailer, hence there is a slightly higher shipping rate for one LP on this particular auction.
