here is the record that launched thousands of often duplicated bands but never match, "EVERYTHING IS" b/w "SNOW SONG Pt. 1" by NEUTRAL MILK HOTEL is incredible.  you already know, this is a super rare 45 put out by short lived CHER DOLL RECORDS out of my city, SEATTLE - it is unclear how many were made but this does not show up too often on ebay as of late!!
i am pleased to say this 45 is near mint in every aspect - please look at the details below -sorry about my bad photo!  this record needs no further words...

VINYL: VG++, near mint!  super clean and bright!  this is graded strickly! I do not have one bad rating after years of selling records and other music related items...

THE LABEL ON both sides ARE CLEAN WITH NO WRITING ON THEM...- also, be sure to check out my other 45's including 60's, more rare 90's stuff and who knows what...LP's coming soon too.
