This is a highly sought after copy of the first NEU LP. The duo Dinger and Rother who were the geniuos behind NEU define minimalistic guitar rock as early as 1971 with this epochal album! The traces of their new take on Velvet Underground's minimalism and noise can be found in many modern day bands until today. Bands like Sonic Youth were heavily influenced by Neu. This is Neu's debut album on the German Krautrock label Brain Records. This is the original edition. Famous gatefold cover. Black vinyl with green Brain-labels. The jacket shows signs of use and wear, like some minor wrinkles, a bit of colour-fading and a few very minor stains here and there. It rates EX-. The vinyl is in mint condition and plays fine. This essential piece of Krautrock history is a must have for anyone collecting German Psych! The item comes from the collection of a dedicated collector who is liquidating his collection in order to raise funds for the purchase of a van for a Garage band.
