COVER CONDITION
The whole cover remains sealed, it grades as Near Mint because there are one or two corner creases apparent and it looks like a circular impression of a record is starting to appear in the cover. Despite this inevitable light wear after 18 years, it’s important to note that this still sealed cover remains as close to as new as it’s possible to get.

I do not profit on packaging. All records are sent in professional mailers with stiffeners and polythene sleeves in which the disc will be removed from the sleeve for extra protection. I take great care with my packaging and want to make sure the records arrive in the same condition they left me. The recorded option is now compulsory because too many buyers claim their items do not arrive when they are sent without any form of tracking, so with recorded packages we all know exactly what’s going on with the delivery and records no longer disappear down a big postal service black hole!

I have a particular emphasis on the period 1966-1972 and a fondness for the Island, Harvest, Immediate, Vertigo, Charisma and Transatlantic labels, particularly from the period specified above but also on other smaller obscure labels and the cool later stuff you’ll find at places like 4AD too! I strongly believe that any great music from the 60s and 70s was made for vinyl and simply has to be heard this way; it’s the format the music was made for and the difference in sound to an original vinyl pressing to a CD issue is often astounding! I take this vinyl affection through to the best new music as well, and to this day prefer to hear a great new album on a vinyl pressing if one is available. To this end, Fruit Tree Records on Ebay will from time to time unearth newer vinyl treasures as well as vintage ones for your delight.
I will always play grade my records and endeavour to describe them with 100% accuracy so that you know everything you need to know; there’s nothing to hide so please e-mail me any questions. I know from my years of collecting how important a detailed description is when buying over the internet.

Finally, I am aware enough to know that even with my best efforts I may occasionally, very rarely but still occasionally, write a description opinion that the buyer does not 100% agree with. If that happens please don’t worry, I will not debate with you the difference between an EX- and VG+.
