Description

This is the original, vintage 1975 Reprise Records pressing of Neil Young's "Tonights the Night" LP. This LP is considered to be one of Neil Young's best records. This LP is on the originally issued black Reprise label, and is catalog #MS 2221. This LP comes with the original LP inner sleeve with pictures of the band on it, as well as the original "Hello Waterface" insert. The cover, back cover, and gatefold are all in good condition. The cover does have wear on the spine (black color worn away), which would be expected for an LP that is 40 years old. Other than spine wear, the cover, back cover, and gatefold are excellent. No splits, rips, or marks on cover except for the spine wear. The inserts are in good condition-LP sleeve insert is wrinkled and split through (about 5 inches) on the side opposite from where the record goes in. The vinyl plays through nicely-there are a couple of scratches evident on visual inspection. On a couple of songs you can hear the "click" of a scratch or two, but overall this record sounds very good. The LP was stored in a non-smoking home. The LP will be shipped in an LP mailing box. Please e-mail me with any questions-thanks for looking!
