This is a rare UK transitional press of the self titled 1968 LP Neil Young. This tan label 2nd press still has the earliest fully laminated Garrod & Lofthouse sleeve and the A1/B1 matrix. It is complete with the original polylined inner sleeve. 
The vinyl is in Near Mint condition. The vinyl is absolutely sensational, every track is clear and the vinyl has the original jet black gloss. The label is exceptionally bright and clean and the black text is sharp. There is just the very slightest spindle wear. 
The sound quality is Excellent. The vinyl lies completely flat on the turntable and the sound is rich and vibrant. There is a little occasional slight background noise but it still plays through exceptionally well, warm and clear.
The fully laminated Garrod & Lofthouse sleeve is in Excellent condition. It is clean, bright and very solid. The colours are vivid and the text is sharp. There is just a little ring and edge wear and a little discolouration around the edges. The whole sleeve is solid and the earliest thin spine is firm with clear text.  795 (GS 7.0.7 (795))
