Issue: UK 1st Press + Insert

This is the rare complete UK 1st press of 'After The Gold Rush' by Neil Young. This press has the original Warner Bros Records USA label text, the earliest A1//B1 matrix, extremely heavy vinyl and MacNeill press gatefold sleeve. It is also complete with the original lyric insert.

The record is in Very Good+ condition. The vinyl has a sensational bright gloss, with a few light hairline marks on both sides. On playing there is just the occcasional light background noise, otherwise it sounds remarkably warm, vibrant and very clear. The label is extremely clean and bright with sharp text and bold colour. There is some spindle wear. The record is complete with the original inner sleeve.

The original RSLP insert is in Near Mint condition. The edges are firm, the text is unworn and the grey and white are very bright.

The gatefold sleeve is in Near Mint condition. This sleeve is in the most wonderful condition. The greys and black are bold and the text is sharp. There are no marks or signs of age at all and the inside is exceptionally clean and bright. The spine is firm with sharp text and the whole sleeve feels very solid.
