Up on the auction block is an insanely rare Neil Young test pressing for his 1977 album, "American Stars 'N Bars", which is one of his last with Crazy Horse. Includes the perennial Neil Young and Crazy Horse favorites, "Star of Bethlehem", "Like A Hurricane" and "Will To Love".

Disc Condition: VG++ to NRMNT (very high gloss, no deep surface marks, nothing to affect playback)
Jacket Condition: VG++ EX( as all handwriting is original to the test pressing and in fact increases its value).
Test pressings were used to shop the album around to labels, demonstrate track order and album flow to artists, producers and label heads. These were almost exclusively held onto and used by the artist, producer and only the top label heads. This copy shows ink handwriting on the plain white sleeve and red ink on the LP label. Who knows who's handwriting it is (Mr. Young's??, can't tell for certain and make no claims that it is).
