John Lennon - 'Roots' - Vinyl 12" LP Adam VIII Cat. No. A8018. This is REPRODUCTION of the controversial Adam VIII album "Roots". It is a compilation of 1950's Classics not written by, but performed and recorded by Lennon, for which he had a passion. The controversy stems from a series of legal battles between Producer Morris Levy and Capitol/EMI over the production and release of the record. Again, please note that this copy is a REPRODUCTION and NOT an authentic original Adam VIII pressing. Both the vinyl record and jacket are in near mint condition (the record has been played only a couple of times). The inner sleeve is plain. The upper left and lower right corners of the jacket have small areas of surface buckling from being bumped. A really nice item! See Photos.
