Natures Mortes - Still Lives è una bellissima compilation che racconta perfettamente le sonorità del primo periodo della 4AD, con gruppi importanti come Bauhaus, Birthday Party e Modern English ed altri meno conosciuti.
La copertina singola ha minimi segni di usura, solo qualche piccola piega lungo il lato sinistro. Sono presenti la fascetta Obi e un inserto stampato sui due lati con i testi in inglese e le traduzioni in giapponese..
Il vinile è lucido e senza graffi, è stato suonato solo un paio di volte.

Rare 1982 Japan-only compilation in its original issue by Wea but dedicated to the legendary British 4AD label. Some copies of thsi records were also imported in the UK and were given a distinct 4AD catalogue number.
Natures Mortes - Still Lives is a beautiful compilation that perfectly recreates the atmospheres of the early 4AD sound, with popular groups such as Bauhaus, The Birthday Party and Modern English and other lesser known acts.
The single cover has minimal age wear, just some light creases along the left side. Cover grading NM.
Also included are the Obi strip and the double-sided insert with lyrics in English and the Japanese translations.
The vinyl is clean and shiny, only played a couple of times during these 42 years, and is hence graded in Near Mint condition.
