This is simply a perfect and absolutely timeless R&B / Modern Soul song with exceptional vocals by the one and only Natalie Cole. 

There are just a handful copies of this radio-promotional 12" with the extended version of "Stand by" still in existence. Exceptionally rare and hard-to-find in any condition!

In my humble opinion, this record belongs to the very best and, without a doubt, rarest Capitol Disco 12"s out there. 

If you are a true collector of outstanding, classic Modern Soul / Disco then you certainly know everything about this exceptionally great 12"-single.
