On the CAPITOL label. Catalogue #PRO 4304. Absolutely genuine and hyper rare item. Release as a PROMO ONLY item to sponsors of the MARCH 17, 1967 NAT KING COLE BIRTHDAY BALL and raised funds for the NAT COLE CANCER FOUNDATION. It is Hand Signed by Mr.s Nat King Cole. The LP contained tracks never before released by Nat. I have only ever seen this one copy of this LP, and it is in perfect condition with no problems to speak of, with the cover still being in the shrink wrap.
Condition on this item is VG on the Vinyl, and NEAR MINT on the Cover.
