Description
PLEASE NOTE: I WILL ONLY GRADE AN OPENED LP NEAR MINT (NM) IF I CAN GUARANTEE IT HAS NEVER BEEN PLAYED (i.e. I AM THE ORIGINAL OWNER). OTHERWISE, NEAR MINT MINUS (NM-) IS THE ABSOLUTE HIGHEST GRADE I WILL ASSIGN AN OPENED LP.
WILDLY RARE limited, individually numbered, original first pressing on Caroline Records from 1989 on pink vinyl!!! Only 2500 of these were pressed up with a sequential serial number on the rear cover printed on a label in the top left hand corner on the rear cover, this one being number 2231! LP is a beautiful VG++. Cover is VG/VG+ with some spine wear near the bottom. Raygun are finally getting some LONG overdue recognition after being named as THE band that changed the entire trajectory of a then-teenaged Dave Grohl's life after he witnessed the power and fury of a Raygun show at The Cubby Bear here in Chicago while on vacation from Virginia. He described the ride home to Virginia as the dividing line in his life. Now it was BNR (before Naked Raygun) and ANR (you get the picture). Dave returned the favor a few years ago by having Raygun open for Foo Fighters at Wrigley Field (across the street from the Cubby Bear, not-so-coincidentally). Legends within the city limits but a mostly undiscovered gem to the rest of the world, word is getting around quickly thanks to Dave's recent book so don't sleep. These are near impossible to find now and Dave's book is selling well.
I USE GOLDMINE GRADING: MINT (SEALED)
NEAR MINT: LOOKS UNPLAYED VG++: VERY VERY MINIMAL SIGNS OF USE
VG+: AVERAGE SIGNS OF USE, NOTHING DEEP, SUPERFICIAL VG: STILL AN OK RECORD, NOISE BETWEEN SONGS
GOOD: WORN BUT PLAYS FINE WITH DISTRACTING NOISE POOR: FILLER COPY ONLY. LOTS OF SCRATCHES
