Description

This sale is for an opened and use copy of the 1995 album from MXPX titled Teenage Politics. It was released on Tooth & Nail Records.

It is NOT on blue vinyl . It is on black vinyl.

This album is open and has been played.

I have play tested this album as I do all open albums I sell.

The vinyl is not mint but looks pretty good and it’s fairly clean. There are not any deep scratches or major scuffs on the vinyl. There are a couple of very light spots where you can see a bit of a blemish, but nothing you can feel or that diminishes the playability.

The record plays without any skips. There is the normal, light crackling and occasional pops typical of older and pre-owned vinyl records.  This is noticed primarily during the quiet sections, such as in between the songs. There is nothing to distract from you enjoying the music.

It has been cleaned thru a spin clean,but you might want to give it another cleaning by your chosen method.

I know how picky we vinyl addicts are, so I am fairly conservative in my rating of albums. I never rate any album that I sell over VG+, unless I was the first to open it, and the only one to ever play it and then only a few times. Then I might rate it as EX. However that does not happen often. I never rate an album mint unless it’s sealed.

I am not a professional record dealer and I rate based on my eyes and ears. I do not rate by strict and official goldmine standards. I am familiar with them,and they are a guide to my ratings. However what I see and hear when I play test the album is how I will rate the album.

I will not sell any album that I would not be happy purchasing myself.

The cover on this album is not mint either and it has a few scuffs and crinkles. These are mainly on the corners and spine. There is a bigger crinkle on the front right hand top to upper side. It also shows a little on the opposite side. I think the cover might have gotten bent when the album wasn’t in it.

Please look at the photos. There are not any major rips or stains and the color is still good.There is some very light ring wear. This album is 35 years old and it was not stored in plastic so some signed of wear is normal. It is in good shape for its age.

This is a great punk rock album and a must have record for any fan. You do not see this album on LP very often.
