Here is Young At Heart/Wise in Time by Muhal Richard Abrams on Delmark DS-423 released 1970.
An copy with some unusual pressing details:
Blue and white label with 7 W. Grand Chicago address
Side with label marked DS-423-A, Young At Heart has a matrix/run-out etched "STM-4864-1 DS-423-B Side Two" with a script P squiggle mark above the "Side Two" etch
Side with label marked DS-423-B, Wise In Time has a matrix/run-out etched "STM-4863-1 DS-423-A Side One" with a script P squiggle mark after the "Side Two" etch
Side labeled DS-423-B has longer/more grooves so it must be the 29:20 minute Young At Heart piano solo.
This means the labels are switched, on wrong sides.
