Mudhoney - Touch Me I'm Sick b/w Sweet Young Thing Ain't Sweet No More.  7" on translucent purple vinyl. Debut single from Mudhoney. This is one of the extremely rare first pressings. There are rumored to be between 10 - 15 copies of each color in existence.

Record is graded as VG+ There is some staining on the vinyl from the original plastic sleeve like the majority of them have. I've owned it since 2009.  Today is the first time I've played it and I noted a couple minor pops in the run-in grooves but otherwise it plays through fine.  That awful original plastic sleeve is included but the record will ship in a separate paper sleeve.
