From Chess Records (CH 60031), this is "UNK" IN FUNK
by MUDDY WATERS. It is an early pressing from 1977,
made in the USA. Jacket shows modest shelf wear but remains
sturdy and intact, fully capable of containing the album (EX- or better);
the LP play-grades from about EX MINUS to NEAR MINT+, mostly in the
NEAR MINT MINUS range with soft extraneous noise between cuts
and in quieter passages. There is no distortion, no startling pops or clicks
and certainly no skips. Our highest, most passionate recommendation.
Wherever possible we house our vinyl in Mobile Fidelity Sound
Lab inner sleeves for the ultimate in protection; we use 6-mil
outer sleeves or polyester both being the finest protection
available for LP jackets.
