Description

Chess 1501, “The Real Folk Blues” with Muddy Waters, guitar and vocals.  Original fading blue label vinyl plays at VG+ wit some light, feathery static that can be ignored at a distance.  The heavy laminated jacket looks almost like new with strong seams, square corners, and no writing, bends, or stamps; however, there are two small punch holes at top and bottom left.  Songs are “Mannish Boy”, “Screamin’ and Crying”, “Just to Be with You”, “Walking in the Park”, “Walking Blues”, “Canary Bird”, “Same Thing”, “Gypsy Woman”, “Rollin & Tumblin’”, “40 Days and 40 Nights”, “Little Geneva”, and “You Can’t Lose What You Ain’t Never Had”.  Shipping is $4.00 media mail, $8.00 priority mail within the continental U.S.; $22.00 regular airmail to the U.K., Europe, Japan, Korea, and Australia; elsewhere inquire.  Additional LPs in a single package are $1.00 per LP domestic, $2.00 elsewhere. For overseas shipments, I strongly recommend registered mail for $12.00 extra.  Many old records are now practically antiques and should be treated that way.  This LP will be packaged with the record inside an inner sleeve but outside the jacket; both are placed inside a sealed outer sleeve and shipped inside a special oversized handcrafted mailer with padding on all sides.  It is designed thick enough not to be caught in a postal conveyor belt and strong enough to withstand a drop from a second-story window with no damage to LP or jacket.  Your LP should arrive in the same condition as on the day it was shipped.  All used LPs are play-graded on a VPI turntable with Audioquest tonearm and Grado cartridge.
