Muddy Waters - Chess 1426 - Rollin' Stone / Walking Blues
A true classic if there ever was one. After the Chess brothers switched over from Aristocrat to the namesake Chess label, this was Muddy's first two-sider for that imprint. As we know, "Rollin' Stone" became the name for the UK's longest running rock n' roll band. It also became the name of a long-standing publication. Muddy was in great form on both sides. A very nice copy of this heavy-duty blues gem. No scratches and no edge chips. Gorgeous labels and some nice luster left.
I am NOT a record dealer. I am a private collector now thinning the shelves. These 78s have not been play tested recently, but I took incredibly good care of my collection over the years. The condition of these 78 RPM records should be fairly apparent from the photos and they are all in the condition I bought them in. I will not be grading any of these - but I will describe exactly what I see. These are being sold AS IS - no returns. These records all played well. Check my rating as a seller and buyer.
