WATER DAMAGE & LARGE SPLITS TO SLEEVE!

Vinyl(VG+) minimal light surface marks, played with low surface noise  in the quite passages and in between tracks(one quick light tick that lasted one revolution). 
Sleeve(POOR) bottom of the gatefold sleeve has HEAVY WATER DAMAGE & SEEM SPLITS THAT RUN FROM CORNER TO CORNER! Please note that the artwork is flaking off, I would recommend handling the sleeve as  little as possible to prevent it from getting any worse. Sleeve is otherwise in VG-shape.
