According to discogs.com, this item matches the description of the 2nd pressing under Leathur Records before they became really famous.


Outer sleeve in very good condition. Some small brown marks. See images. Lyric insert in very good condition. Disc in very good condition. Some scratches which can only be seen when held under a light. On side 2, the 'C' on Motley Crue has a small part of it covered with what appears to be a small sticker. I do not want to attempt to remove this. This was present at the time of purchase. Inner sleeve in good condition. Some creasing, a few brown marks and a small (approx 1cm) tear. See images.
