Sleeve: VG+  It's been in mylar since I've owned it, and only a slight crease in the upper left corner keeps it from being mint. Very glossy, tight seams and corners
Vinyl: NM  The only time I've played it is just prior to this listing, and that was just to make sure it sounded as good as it looks...and it does. Labels are clean and bright with no spindle wear.
