Description
MOUNTAIN GOATS - NEW ASIAN CINEMA 12" Yoyo Records, 1999 OUT OF PRINT Pretty scarce one here. New Asian Cinema is the first of a string of Mountain Goats 12"s on the esteemed Yoyo label out of WA. All five songs were recorded at Yoyo Studios, and feature Darnielle accompanied by his wife, Lalitree, on banjo. Includes the songs "Cao Dai Blowout," "Korean Bird Paintings," "Narakaloka," "Golden Jackal Song," and "Treetop Song." To my knowledge these songs have not appeared on any of the singles collections (though I could be wrong). Side B is an INCREDIBLE etching by Nikki Maclure (see photo). Sleeve and vinyl are both immaculate. Paypal only, please. Shipping and handling is $6.50 in the US, $6.00 to Canada and $13.00 to Europe, the Far East and elsewhere.
