With obi and Japanese insert.
DISC: near-mint (nice and glossy, no marks; almost no spindle trails on the labels. I have listened to one side and it sounds superb)
COVER: EX (no wear, nice stiff cover, just a little bit of faint staining on the back cover, hardly noticeable)
OBI: no wear but just a touch of staining visible on the top edge
INSERT: no wear, clean
