Original 2nd pressing of Motley Crue's independent release from 1981 features the song "Stick To Your Guns" which is not on the Elektra release. Subsequent (third) pressings of this self released debut had a red and black label and are more abundant, thus less collectable. This is the original white label pressing. Story behind this is I had just seen Motley Crue for the first time at Magic Mountain theme park in CA in spring 1982, and was so floored I looked everywhere in So Cal the next day for the album but nobody had it- they were sold out everywhere. I was in Vegas a week later and went into Tower Records on a whim and they had one copy left. This is it. I made cassette recordings of all my stuff back then so It's only been played a few times, and has the usual slight scuffs from being almost 25 years old, no audible scratches or skips. The cover has slight wear on the corners- but no splits.. The insert has a tiny bit of water wrinkling in the top left corner that you can kinda see in the picture but it's not bad at all.. Overall I'm not experienced in grading records on a a professional level so I'm being as detailed as I can- I'm probably making it sound a lot worse than it is, It's really in excellent shape and has been in a plastic slipcover for the last twenty years. I've seen this record sell from $69 to over $150 so I'm going to go ahead and START THE BIDDING AT $49
