This item is a four song picture disc released in 1984 on Elektra Records by Motley Crue entitled ‘Helter Skelter’. Record label and number is Elektra Records 60395-1-H. Picture disc itself appears to be in excellent condition. Picture disc comes housed in its original clear plastic heavy duty outer sleeve. Plastic outer bag is in VG condition with some light wear, a 3 inch split in the outer bag at the bottom center of the bag. A clear band on the back of the cover has come loose from one side of the outer bag (see photos). Picture disc includes its original song lyric / picture insert (see photos).
