Description
This is eccentric rockers The Mother Of Invention (starring Frank Zappa) playing "Freak Out" on Verve V-5005 from 1966. Both mono records look VG++ with minor surface markings and the name of a previous owner written on 2 of the 4 labels. The records plays in NM condition. The gatefold jacket is VG++ with minor overall wear and that same name written on the back of the jacket. Inside the gatefold is the blurb on obtaining a map of the L.A. hot spots. This LP comes in a clear, resealable, poly-vinyl protective sleeve. Price guides suggest a valuation of $125 to $300 for a NM copy. You can own this excellent copy for a lot less than the minimum valuation. Also included is a 2-page article on Frank Zappa and The Mother of Invention.
