Description
This is a VERY rare album! Mother Love Bone, the premiere Seattle band of the grunge era. Destined for fame if not for the tragic death of lead vocalist, Andrew "Lovechild" Wood.
This EP was signed during a promotional apperance at a radio station, but I'm not sure where. The name 'Kevin' is written in the area of Andy's chin, where Greg Gilmore's signature is. Greg's name is hard to read because of the dark background and dark marker. The rest of the band signed in the hand area and are clear and highly visible. Jeff, Stone, Bruce and Andy's names are very clear and look like they are hours old rather than a decade. The condition of the album is near perfect. The corners are slightly bent but for this albums age, pretty good. While in my possesion, it has never been played. The original owner worked at a record store where the owner had acquired the album from the radio station. As with all copies of Shine, there is a gold stamp on the back stating:

This album has always been kept in an album frame and I have rarely handled the record itself. The album cover is very shiny and has no smudges or scratches. It is a very exciting piece of history for fans of MLB, Pearl Jam, Green River and the like. I feel it is time to let it go. It is a very rare collectible and I want it to go to someone who will cherish it as much as I have over the past years.

On Aug-24-07 at 16:32:55 PDT, seller added the following information:I just want to add that I have had this album in an LP display frame since I've owned it. I will ship it in this frame as to keep it well protected during transit. I will also package it very carefully so there is no possibility of damage by normal handling. I still recommend insurance.
