Fantastic album!

Condition: Cover VG+/ LP VG+/ OIS EX+
Cover have some top seamsplit, little creases and corner wears, otherwise EX Printed inner have very small corner bumps, otherwise NM LP have some hairlines, especially in the beginning of each side and plays with background noise. No skips or jumps. Most of LP plays EX. If you need more photos please ask!

I use Record Collectors Grading System: M->EX->VG->G->F->P
I sell the part of my collection, so every record opened, cleaned on VPI HW-16.5 vacuum cleaner and played 1-2 times on Linn LP12/Akito/Adikt system for checking.
The shipping costs is not $4 as eBay required, so please do not pay before I will send the invoice!
The shipping costs (airmail with tracking) for the most countries for the parcels up to 1 kg usually is between 10 and 15 EUR depending on the country. For the items from 50 EUR insurance +4% is required.
You will receive your item in strong cardboard (used, because Russian Post do not offers special boxes for LPs) in PVC envelope which is very important to prevent water damaging.
Every record kept (and will be sent to the new owner) in antistatic sleeve out of the cover in PVC outer sleeve.
