For your consideration an LP by Moondog on Prestige PRLP 7099
Disc: G to G+ as the side with the "JAZZ" stamp has a feelable that spans tracks 2, 3, and 4. When going into the 3rd track it is being held up by the feelable scratch. It won't play into the next song. Strangely enough that feelable does not create much back round noise except very close to the 2 going into the 3. So thats the first problem. Second problem: Never seen this on before. There is an appr. 1 to 1 1/2" x 1 3/4" area from the very start of the record playing forward that looks like it was subtly "gnawed" at. Wonderful. The good news is that while the tone arm "shakes" a bit upon each revolution while in that gnawed at area it continues on and does not skip. There is really not any back round noise as well. This applies to BOTH sides. The balance of playing time on BOTH sides once it gets past that is fine, plays EX, looks VG+ to EX. What can I tell ya?
Sleeve: G. 2 1/2" seam split lower middle and a 3/4" seam split lower seam off the opening. Shelf wear throughout the rest of the cover. Spine is decent. All print is very legible.

NM: Virtually flawless to perhaps 1 or 2 very light. small sleeve scuffs and/or maybe 1 small super fine hairline
EX: 1 to a few(3 or 4) light scuffs and/or 1 or 2 very mild superficial marks/hairlines that would not affect play.
VG+: some light scuffs and/or 1 to a few small and fine hairlines which may cause some mild back round noise
VG: more scuffs and light scratches are evident on select surface areas. VG- Surface marks and scratches throughout. All 45's in VG and VG- condition are play graded to determine if record skips or if any loud clicks and pops.
