From my personal vinyl record collection of 55+ years.
Two x Test Records for the album "Moondog and Suncat Suites". Each covering one side of the finished album. The reverse of the vinyls are blank with a test signal. 
Record 1: "Moondog Suite".                   1. One Four.  2. Two Four.  3. Chant.  4. Three Four.  5. Utso.  6. Four Four.  7. Lullaby.  8. Five Four.                    9. Fog On The Hudson.
Record 2: "Suncat Suite".                   1. Sunrise.  2. Sunbeam.  3. Tropical Sun.  4. Sunstroke.  5. Sunset.  6. Sunday.
Matrix/Run-out : Record 1.  57-MG-618-1N  G                            Record 2.  57-MG-619-1N  G
 I have played the records completely through and they both play well and sound great. There is a distortion (I think) on track 7 on record 1. Nothing visible on the vinyl so wonder if this is something to do with the recording.  Under bright light I can see just a few very light and non-feelable scratch lines that have no effect on playback. 
The thick paper 'sleeves' are still sound but are creased with a few marks. one of them is stamped '3 Dec 1957 Music Test Dep'   Vinyl  EX/EX  Paper Sleeves. VG+
