Description

A rare mono copy of Jimi Hendrix's Axis Bold As Love on the British Track Label. Vinyl is graded at Very Good condition, clean and shiny. Cover is glossy with no tears but has wear at the corner edges. Included is an invoice of what I bought this album for in 1996. The Background: Axis: Bold as Love, released in Dec.1967, was the second album by the Jimi Hendrix Experience.  The album reached #2 on the UK charts and #5 in the U.S., where it has since been certified 5 times platinum by the RIAA. The album was originally released in the U.S. and the UK in both mono and stereo, but the mono pressing, which features a significantly different mix from the stereo version, IS QUITE RARE.  An album for the Hendrix completist.
