Description

THE BEST OF MUDDY WATERS Chess Records LP 1427 MONO 2nd pressing of this iconic album, the first LP for Muddy Waters of his early Chess singles featuring his own songs and songs by Willie Dixon. 
VINYL in VG+ close to VG++. Very sparse light marks, excellent sound quality, this is not the re-channeled Stereo version, but the original MONO. Light blue Chess labels, 1965 reissue. Previous owner's initials on side 1 label.
COVER in G condition, bottom half has experienced moisture damage long ago, there is no musty smell from the cover, but the paper was damaged and warped with staining and spotting. All seams are still solid and intact, there are initials in black pen on the back cover and an old price sticker on the back.
