Boogie Band Records, “The Burg (Pittsburgh, PA)” b/w “Happy Bicentennial USA”, Larry McGee Revolution. In Demand Modern Soul / Boogie track from Pittsburgh, PA! Both sides are almost Near Mint, labels are NM. Amazing copy of this killer tune.

M : Mint (Almost never used.).
NM : Near Mint, Very clean, maybe some light marks but sound is like new.
VG++ :Still very glossy, any scratches or marks will be light and barely affecting play.
VG+ :. Possibly some light crackle, still plays well.
VG : Used record, some scratches, no loud pops or skips; plays ok.
VG- : Some loud crackle, pops, a skip, probably not much gloss left.
G : Abused! Some serious scratches, skips, a crack.
