Description

Moby Grape self titled vinyl LP on Columbia Records, CS 9498. This is a 1967 U.S. stereo original pressing with red Columbia “360 Sound” two eye labels and the original uncensored “finger” cover.

Side 1 runout reads XSM118068-1E. This is the desirable early pressing with Don Stevenson giving the finger on the washboard on the front cover. No poster included.

Record is VG with quite a bit of light surface scratching and surface marks. The album has been ultrasonic cleaned. Cover is VG with age related shelf wear, edge wear, corner wear, rubbing and visible handling wear, but the original uncensored front cover image still presents well.

A collectible original 1967 Moby Grape LP with the key uncensored cover and early Columbia two eye label.
