first press on yellow vinyl only 200 made, the cover has a crease to the top left corner otherwise excellent. Both merchandise and haunted house inserts are mint. The record is warped, I have 
Tried to show the warp as best I can, when laid flat it has about a 1 to 2 mm gap on one side, it plays fine but just a bit tricky with the timing of the needle as its a 7". Great price, no returned for that fact that the record is warped. Any questions just ask
