Misfits "Halloween" 7" Original press with PL-1017-A/PL-1017-B on each matrix, and "Masterdisk" is stamped on the A-side matrix. Insert is also included.

This copy was signed by Jerry "Only" Caiafa and Doyle (Paul Caiafa) at the Bronco Bowl in Dallas.
