Hello and thanks for looking at my auction.
What we have here is the small hole 7" of The Misfits 3 Hits from Hell and if you know about this single, you know that it is the 1986 reissue and is 1/400 ever made.
I have tried to upload pictures of my copy, but due to only having a mobile phone camera, it really doesn't do it justice, so the pictures uploaded are from misfitscentral.com.
Please be assured that this is an original, I have been a Misfits collector for many years and this fulfills all of the criteria.
I would grade the sleeve as VG 7/10. It has some minor scuffing on the top of the sleeve, there is some ring wear to the front of the sleeve and some minor bending to the rear.
The record itself is pristine, I have owned it for 7 years or more and have only played it once. I would grade this as Ex+, it is unmarked. I stand by all the gradings, I try to be as honest as possible having been on the end of a few wrong descriptions in the past. Overall it is a nice copy of a 24 year old record. I will give you this guarantee, if it isn't as described, you send it back for a full refund if you feel it has been wrongly graded.

As far as postage goes, I don't know exactly how much it will be so I will say £2.50 recorded delivery for the UK and £6 worldwide registered delivery. If it transpires that it is more than this, then I will cover it. I am not here to rip people off and make money from shipping.
As far as payment goes, I would prefer Paypal or Direct Bank Transfer and will accept a personal cheque from UK bidders.
