Description

NOTE: Excuse the photo, the cover looks much better, sharper and brighter; and the colors are much deeper and vibrant.

EXTREMELY RARE in stereo,  first press 1960-1. Mercury SR 60609. this LP does not say Mercury living presence, but it may very well  be the same process, it sounds great. An excellent performance. one of the first uses of the term "rock". with a touch of rockabilly. this is a great addition to any rock-and-roll collection. Rock & roll,

this record is extremely rare in stereo (check popsike.com!), especially in this condition, the cover is new - so close to perfect, very white on back no browning. There is an "M-" written in black ink about 1" high, on the upper right back cover;  it does not really distract from the beauty.  The record is new - with excellent luster barely even any tiny sleeve lines, many would call the new, superb, it doesn't get any better.  The original inner sleeve has a split on one side

If you are interested in this record pleased bid, because it may never be relisted here, as I have over 20,000 other  items  to list. Thank you for your interest.

/////// I have sold many rare records, worldwide, for over 20 years. My grading is considered very accurate, my feedbacks will give you some idea. ALL records are original Pressings unless otherwise stated. I grade records visually, usually. Cover graded first then vinyl, .

////////////RECORD GRADING ::: FS=Factory Sealed. /// New= New (or Mint) perfect in every way, record appears unplayed. /// New- = New minus (or Mint minus), record played maybe 1 to 9 times , perhaps a few spindle lines on label, and maybe a sleeve line or two. Covers close to M, has maybe a small corner bend, maybe the very slightest of ring line caused by the record./// VG+ = Very Good Plus, record played a little more than an m- but well cared for. Vinyl has the vast majority of its original luster, may have sleeve lines, maybe a few very lite scuffs; maybe one or two small, very light surface scratches. But not all at the same time. Cover MAY have very minor ringwear, maybe a few other flaws, a minor corner bend or two, maybe a small partial seam split; /// VG = record has the flaws of a VG+, only more of them; may also have some small scratches that are felt with a fingernail. Vinyl is very playable and will play through, good luster. Probably some noise between tracks, maybe in quiet passages. Still, a reasonably well cared for record. /// VG- = proportionally lower than a VG.//// G-It is rare that I will even list a record in this condition; but it will be proportionally lower than a VG-. .//////// ABBREVIATIONS : *=stereo, OIS= original inner sleeve, cc= cut corner, co=cut out, ss=seam split. soc= sticker on cover; toc = tape on cove, woc= writing on cover, sol = sticker on label , wol = writing on label.tr= tape repair.~~~~CHECK OUT MY OTHER AUCTIONS~~~~ ~~~Win more items & save on shipping~~~Please see Payment instructions for shipping rates~~~
