Minor Threat "Out of Step" 1983 Vinyl LP FIRST PRESSING
This is the first pressing (black back, no colored bar on front).
The vinyl is VG. There is visible wear and some scratches, none of which cause skipping. There are a couple audible 'pops', but it is a pretty loud record so it isn't distracting unless you are listening for it.
The cover is also VG. It has a deep cut in the spine as it was a CUTOUT. There is also a sticker on the front with the owners name on it as well as a price tag on the back. Yes, it says .99.
The story is that my wife was a young punk at the time and was browsing in the Record Factory at Tanforan Mall in San Bruno, CA when a guy came up to her and asked if she was into MINOR THREAT. She hadn't heard them at the time, but didn't want to appear uncool so she said "Yes" and he told her their record was in the cutout bin... and here is is 40+ years later.
