This is a Minor Threat - Out of Step 12"  put out  by Dischord Records of Washington DC in 1983,#10. I am not a fan of the goldmine record grading scale many use.I use a 10 scale.On a 10 scale the vinyl is on the bottom side of an 8.5.It has some noise at run,a click or two per song and a few pops.I believe it would be in the nether region of VG on the Goldmine scale.The jacket is an 8.5.There is some minor darkening of the white paper on front cover,there is a crease on the black back cover,minor edge wear,no ring wear,on the spine in the middle some of the paper has split,not yet a seam split but close and there are pin holes at each corner.It does not have the insert.A woman I Love gave this to me a long time ago.She had it on her wall.This is from back when you would write Dischord and Amy or Ian would write you back telling you what records they had or sometimes what bands they liked.So,this is the first pressing with the blank black back cover and "Cashing In" unlisted on side B.Ultra classic record.The ruling songs are:Betray, It Follows, Think Again,Look Back And Laugh,Sob Story,No Reason,Little Friend,Out of Step and Cashing In.... ..... .. Let's expand on that since ebay wants a disclaimer now on shipping out of the USA.  You need to know the customs rules of your own country. You have to pay the fees,tariffs,etc if there are any when the item gets to your country. Customs forms have to be accurate as well.  I will send stuff First Class at your risk,your decision.  First Class is untracked and uninsured.Well,it is somewhat trackable as to where/when it leaves the USA,but things can get sketchy when trying to use tracking number in your home country. That means if the package is lost,due to there being no/minimal tracking,it is more or less impossible to find. Even more important is that there is no insurance on it,so if it is lost your refund money is lost. No refund on lost First Class packages. Think hard about shipping Priority. It is more expensive (way more in some cases),but tracked and insured. So,even if the package was lost you get your money back. You have to decide if the risk of First Class is worth the money you save on shipping.That is up to you.   Media Mail in the US is $2.53US Priority is $5.80US. I repeat,First Class is at you own risk. It is untracked(minimally tracked),so if the package is lost your refund money is lost.Having said that First Class has been doing sorta OK of late.There are horror stories of lost records though.You don't want that to happen to you.Thanks.
